This beautiful, spacious, brand-new Townhouse is a great place to relax and unwind. Sleeping accommodations are as follows: 1 king-size bed and two queen size.
The main bedroom is on the second floor and features a king-size bed, a smart TV, a private, spacious bathroom, a wardrobe, and an open balcony with a lovely view. All bedrooms offer high-quality bedding.
One of the other bedrooms features a smart TV as well. The main floor has an open plan with a modern and fully equipped, high-quality kitchen,
a stylish modern European living area with a smart TV, and a dining area with a table big enough to host great lunches and dinners for six persons.
The Townhouse is in a gated and wholly enclosed community with a large communal swimming pool with beautifully landscaped gardens.
You can utilize a private parking area in front of the Townhouse if you have a car while you're there. A laundry room with a washer and dryer is also available.
The Tuscany Townhouse is situated in one of Aruba's most significant districts. The pristine sand beaches and the azure water are 8 minutes walk away.
The Ritz-Carlton, Aruba Marriott Resort & Stellaris Casino, and Starbucks are directly behind the property.
