Casa Monte Verde is a charming modern-style home ideal for a couple or a young family.

The house is situated on a quiet street, is completely fenced in, and has its own driveway and gate. The house has a maintenance-free front and back yard and bomanite all around the house. The open plan living with a high ceiling gives a spacious feel. The house features three bedrooms with the two guest bedrooms in front with the guest bath in the middle, accessible through a separate door, and in the back is the master bedroom with a small walk-in closet and private modern en-suite bathroom.
